應用英語系誠徵專案教師1名公告

一、擬聘單位名稱(Department)：應用英語系(Department of Applied English)

二、擬聘職級(Position)：校務基金進用教學人員 助理教授或副教授
University Affair Funded Teaching Faculty Staff  Assistant Professor or Associate Professor

三、擬聘員額(Number of vacancy)：一名 (One)

四、起聘日期(Date of employment)：111年8月1日或112年2月1日 (August 1, 2022  or  February 1,2023)

五、所需資格條件(Qualifications and  requirements needed)：

(一) 助理教授資格以上，並具備英語專業相關博士學位者。
Assistant professor or higher with a Ph.D. in English-related fields is required.
(二) 具備商務或英語教學相關背景。
Related background in business or teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL)
(三) 若應徵者為外籍教師，具備中文溝通能力者尤佳。
 For applicants whose native language is not Mandarin Chinese, communitive competence in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
(四) 具備英語或商務領域相關之業界實務工作經驗一年以上者尤佳。
 Industrial experience in a English or business-related field of English or business for at least 1 year is a plus.
(五) 具備產學合作經驗者尤佳。
 Experience in industry-university collaboration is a plus.
(六) 須協助本系學生事務及支援相關行政工作。
To assist in student affairs and English-related administrative work at the Department is required.
 

六、工作項目(Job Description)：

(一) 學生教學與輔導、學術研究與產學合作、協助系上相關行政工作。
Teaching, student counselling service, research, academia-industry cooperation project, assistance in administrative work at the Department
 
(二) 教學科目名稱：商業實務或英語教學相關課程屬專業科目，在本系所定之專業科目之認定基準中，請申請人擬可任教科目與教學大綱簡述。
Courses to offer: Please provide syllabi pertaining to the business or TEFL related professional subjects / courses you intend to offer in the future.

七、應檢附之文件及著作(Documents attached)：

注意事項：本案一律採網路線上報名，意者請登入本校首頁/校務行政/教研人員徵才、報名及個人資料管理系統（http://rpms.ncut.edu.tw/RPMS/register/Create ），進行帳號註冊，完成線上履歷報名，並按下列事項上傳必要文件，並掛號郵寄紙本文件。

Please register first, fill out the application form and upload the relevant files. Hard copies of the relevant documents must be arranged in the order indicated in the following section and sent to the department.

(四) 最高學位證書影本。（如係國外學歷請附中譯本及外館認證證明）
A copy of the diploma from the highest degree (For those whose highest degree is not issued by an institution in Taiwan, a copy of the Chinese translation certified by R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas missions is required.)
 
(五) 大學至博士之歷年成績單。（如係國外學歷請附中譯本及外館認證證明）
A copy of all the transcripts at undergraduate and postgraduate levels is required (For those whose highest degree is not issued by an institution in Taiwan, a copy of the Chinese translation certified by R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas missions is required )
 
(六) 學術（位）論文及最近五年相關著作。（檢附證明資料）
Please enclose a copy of Academic theses/dissertations and publications in the past 5 years.
 
(七) 可開授課程名稱及綱要。

(九) 業界服務證明（於政府機關(構)、行政法人、公營事業機構、私立機構、依法設立登記或立案之法人或團體服務，應繳交服務證明或投保資料；於產學合作機關(構)或產業執行產學合作計畫，並擔任計畫主持人或分項計畫主持人，應繳交相關計畫合約或成果證明；於其他工作內涵與所任教領域相近之單位服務，應繳交服務證明或具體成就證明）（無則免附）。
Proofs of industrial experiences
A. Proofs from the company or insurance records (labor and health insurances): government agencies, incorporated administrative agencies, public/private enterprises or officially registered agencies
B. Contracts or project outcomes: principal investigator (PI) or the co-PI of academia-industry cooperation projects
C. Proofs validating the experiences: other industrial experiences related to the teaching field specified by the job vacancy
 
(十) 產學合作相關佐證資料（無則免附）。
Proofs of academia-industry cooperation projects (Disregard them if they are not available.)
 
(十一) 商務或英語教學相關證照影本（無則免附）。
Copies of business (or TEFL)-related certificates (Disregard them if they are not available.)

Certificates of prizes awarded, or those of competitions participated (Disregard them if they are not available.)
 
(十三) 其它有助審查之相關資料。

八、申請截止日期(Application deadline)：111年5月2日止（以郵戳為憑）【May 5, 2022 (based on the date on the postmark)】
 

九、備註(Notes)：

(一) 報名資料另掛號郵寄（郵戳為憑）41170臺中市太平區坪林里中山路二段 57號 應用英語系收。信封正面請註明【應徵應用英語系專案教師】。※線上報名及紙本郵寄缺一不可，逾期概不受理。
Please send all the documents via a registered mail by the deadline, based on the date on the postmark, to Department of Applied English, National Chin-Yi University of Technology at No.57, Sec. 2, Zhongshan Rd., Taiping Dist., Taichung 41170, Taiwan (R.O.C.). On the envelope, please mark “Applying for a University Affair Funded Teaching Faculty Staff, Department of Applied English”. ※Please note that the applicant must complete the online application AND send out the required documents to the department. Late application will not be considered.
 
(二) 申請者資料絕對保密，報名後無論錄取與否，恕不退件。
Applicant’s information is strictly confidential. Please be noted that no matter if you are successfully recruited or not, the documents posted to us will not be returned.
 
(三) 通過資格審查者，擇優參與面試及試教程序。
Candidates who pass the first-round screening will be invited to participate in an interview and a teaching demonstration.
