五、所需資格條件(Qualifications and  requirements needed)：

（一）以英語為母語之外籍教師。

Foreign teachers who are native speakers of English.

（二）講師級(含)以上，並具備碩士學位(含)以上者。

Lecturer or above with a Master degree.

（三）具備英語或商務相關背景者。

Holders of related background in English teaching or Business.

（四）與任教領域相關之業界實務工作經驗一年以上者。

At least of one year of work experiences in industry related to teaching English and/or Business.

（五）須協助本系學生事務及支援英語相關行政工作。

       To assist in student affairs and English-related administration work at the  Department is required.

七、應檢附之文件及著作(Documents attached)：

（一）履歷表 (含照片、自傳)。

（二）應聘教師資料摘要表（除紙本郵寄外，亦將電子檔mail至聘任單位）。

A Recapitulation of Applicant’s Information (sending to the Department by post and by email)

（三）身分證或護照影本。

A copy of Identification Card or Passport.

（四）教師證書影本、最高學位證書影本及大學至博士之歷年成績單（持國外學歷者請附中譯本，且如果未具助理教授合格證書者之國外學歷(含中譯本)，須完成我國駐當地外館之文書認證）。

Prepare a copy of your highest level of diploma/certificate of degree, and transcripts of Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees. (For those who hold diplomas from abroad, please enclose their Chinese translations, and if you are not a certified lecturer or assistant professor, to complete Document Authentication for your diplomas/certificates of degree at Overseas embassies of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ROC (Taiwan) is mandatory.)

（五）學術（位）論文及最近五年相關著作(檢附證明資料)。

Academic theses/dissertations and publications in the past 5 years (Please enclose their copies to be validated.)

（六）業界實務工作經驗於政府機關(構)、行政法人、公營事業機構、私立機構、依法設立登記或立案之法人或團體服務，應繳交服務證明或投保資料；於產學合作機關(構)或產業執行產學合作計畫，並擔任計畫主持人或分項計畫主持人，應繳交相關計畫合約或成果證明；於其他工作內涵與所任教領域相近之單位服務，應繳交服務證明或具體成就證明。

Please enclose your employment certificate or insurance information if you have work experiences at government offices, administrative institutions, government-owned businesses, privately owned businesses, and legally registered or lawfully incorporated organization/group.

Please enclose related contracts or project reports if you have experiences in working in Industry-Academy Cooperation organizations, or serve as a principal investigator or sub-projects principal investigator in Industry-Academy Cooperation projects.

Please enclose service certificates or specific accomplishments if you have other English teaching and/or teaching business-related courses experiences.

（七）英語教學、商務相關證照影本。

       Copies of English teaching and teaching business-related courses certificates.

（八）參賽獲獎證明（無則免）。

Certificates of prizes awarded, or those of competitions participated (Disregard them if they are not applicable.)

（九）可開授課程名稱及綱要。

九、備註(Notes)：

（一）以掛號郵寄(郵戳為憑) 41170臺中市太平區坪林里中山路二段 57號 應用英語系收。信封正面請註明【應徵應用英語系專案教師及姓名】。

Please send all the documents via a registered mail by the deadline, based on the date on the postmark, to Department of Applied English, National Chin-Yi University of Technology at No.57, Sec. 2, Zhongshan Rd., Taiping Dist., Taichung 41170, Taiwan (R.O.C.). On the envelope, please mark “applying for a position as Project Teaching Staff, Department of Applied English” and “your name”.

（二）申請者資料絕對保密，報名後無論錄取與否，恕不退件。

Applicant’s information is strictly confidential. Please be noted that no matter if your are successfully recruited or not, the documents posted to us will not be returned to you.

（三）通過資格審查者，須參與面試及試教程序。

       Candidates are those who pass the process of qualification examination, and have to participate in an interview and a teaching demonstration.

（四）錄取者聘任辦法依本校人事室相關規定辦理。

       Recruitment mechanism conforms to the related regulations for recruiting teaching staff regulated by The Personnel Office of the University.
